The past three days I have achieved the 10,000 step goal and now Considering it is Sunday it is time to get the diet in order!
1200 calories a day is the goal
I haven’t been on here in a while. I’m sorry but I am coming back I swear!
I guess the reason that I haven’t been on here is not only that I have been hectically busy with work and the Christmas/new year period, I also went away on the cruise that I was working towards before and that was amazing but now I seem to be in a slump.
Every time I get into a Slump I am just so unmotivated to do anything. I have been home for twenty days and haven’t gone out properly that whole time. I know that might not seem like a big deal to whoever may be reading this but I go out a lot and am known as the person who gets the party started.
I am the girl you go to if you need to have a night out and just forget about everything.
Now I can’t go out and forget about everything and last time I was like this I went into a full health kick mode and everything changed. I became myself again, I felt comfortable in my own skin.
